The Office of Fair Trading, Association of British Insurers and Financial Conduct Authority all agree that it’s your right to choose who repairs your vehicle, so don’t let your insurer bully you into using their repairer.

We can handle the full claim. Start to finish at no cost to yourself and your own insurance will not be affected.
All we need is the persons at fault vehicle registration number as a minimum requirement. Additional information such as; Drivers Name, Vehicle Make/Model or any more information you can provide will help speed up the claim process.
As the accident was NOT your fault, you will be supplied with a free like for like courtesy vehicle until your vehicle is back on the road. Also if any injuries have been sustained or loss of earnings have occurred, we can handle this part of the claim also.
PLEASE NOTE:
If you are hit by another driver and you contact your own insurance before giving us a call, this could jeopardise us being able to handle the full claim process and will be logged as a claim on your own insurance policy.
